Check out Maker's Market July 20th!

In cased you missed its debut last month (June 29th), new market on the block Makers Market next date is scheduled for Sunday July 20th in Warwick.  Organizers include our team's own Huzzah! Handmade, New Prospect Pottery, Get Glassy, and Stone and Fiber.


Take a walk through our Makers Market for unique handmade items, enjoy the fresh food and produce from the nearby farmers market and stop for a bite to eat at the many restaurants in the village. The Village of Warwick is a great place to spend a Sunday.

Craft Fair Season is coming! VENDORS WANTED!

Ok everyone, let's take our mind off of the snow for a minute.  Let's think about sunny warmer days ahead where we casually stroll through and shop at some of our favorite craft fairs this Spring and Summer.  Which also means it's time to get your dates in order if you're a Handmade seller.

Where To Find The Hudson Valley Etsy Team This Weekend

Let's keep our fingers crossed for some good weather this weekend because there are lots of great fairs scheduled this weekend. The team is spreading it's wings and hitting the road.

Amber H Lynn will be selling her wonderful creations at BAMCON at the Crowne Plaza in Pittsfield, MA, Friday, May 10 - Sunday, May 13. The convention starts Friday morning at 10AM and ends Sunday evening at 8PM.

Where To Find The Hudson Valley Etsy Team This Weekend!


Spring is in the air, and the craft fair season is picking up speed like a kite in the wind.  On Saturday, April 14, head down to the BUST Magazine Spring Craftacular and Food Fair at 82 Mercer St. (between Broome and Spring) in New York, NY. You'll find Marilyn of Pulp Sushi, Judy of JSW Metalworks, and Madeline of The Mad Fawn  at this great one-day shopping event -- a juried craft fair in the heart of SoHo celebrating its 8th year! There are free goodie bags for early-bird shoppers, and admission is just $3. Hours are 11 am to 7 pm.

This Saturday...

There is a new market participating in Beacon's 2nd Saturday festivities starting on Saturday May 8th. Craft Stand will be held right at the start of Main Street and Rt 9D just outside of Bank Sq Coffeehouse (yum!). The market will be held the 2nd Saturday of the month from May until September featuring an ecclectic mix of crafters and artists who are interested in promoting handmade goods in the Hudson Valley.





From the HV team, Beyond The Picket Fence and Pulp Sushi will be at the debut so come pay a visit between 11 am and 5 pm and then enjoy the art openings and sales going on at the various galleries and boutiques.




WrenWillow will participate at Crafts In Chelsea in Manhatta on 21st street between 8-9 Avenues, NYC with The {NewNew}.

This weekend in the Hudson Valley

Saturday, November 7th, Becky from Gemini River Rocks will be at Alternative Craft Fair at Vassar College where there will be various vendors from the Poughkeepsie area showcasing their craft and fair trade products to Vassar students and the community, including jewelry, art, and food from Twisted Soul. Sponsored by Operation Donation and the Interfaith Council of Dutchess of County. 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Also on Saturday, Norma from Dough Roses will be selling her beautiful flower pieces at the St. Columbia School Hall in Hopewell Junction during their Altar Rosary Society Craft Fair, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.



On Sunday, November 8th, you can find Beyond The Picket Fence at the Beacon Farmer's Market.


The market sits right on the waterfront. The ferry from Newburgh leaves you just steps from the market. There are wonderful vendors selling everything from baked goods to orgaic veggies, and pottery to bath & body! Make sure you stop by and pay Gwen a visit!!
